Can I exchange my products from my order?
Of course you can! We will gladly accept exchanges within 30 days of you receiving your order. To start the exchange process please email email@example.com to request a pre-paid shipping label.
Can I exchange my product for a different product?
Definitely! We're happy to exchange the product that did not work out for anything of equal of lesser value. If you choose to exchange for an item that is of lesser value, we're happy to offer you the difference in store credit!
Can I return my order?
We're sorry to hear that your order did not work out for you. We are happy to accept returns for a full refund within 14 days of you receiving your order. After 14 days and within 30 days, we will process the refund in the form of store credit. After 30 days, products cannot be returned.

I purchased a kit, can I return or exchange products?
Sure, we want you to be happy! Since the kit is merchandised as your full beauty solution, we price it at a special rate. We are happy to exchange any colors for you if they didn’t work out. If you would like a return on some of the items from your kit, the refund amount will be based on the items that are kept at their individual product value.
I used a promotional code for my purchase, can I return or exchange products?
Lucky lady, promotions are the best! Sad to hear something didn’t work out. We are happy to exchange any colors that didn’t work out for you within 30 days of you receiving your item(s). If you’d like to return some items from your order within 14 days of receiving them, the refund will be based on the items that are kept at their individual product value including the bonus products.
This policy does not include Black Friday or Cyber Monday promotions.
I purchased a contest product (like the Essential Sets). Can I return or exchange my order?
Great to see that you grabbed a limited time contest product! Since they are limited time only, all sale of the contest products are final. However, if you'd like to exchange a Stowaway item from your order, please email email@example.com to get the exchange process started!
Can I return products from my Subscription order?
We’re sorry to hear that your subscription order didn’t work out for you. If you are looking to return an item and keep the subscription for future orders, we will gladly process the refund to your original payment source once we receive the returned item. I heard Black Friday & Cyber Monday promotions were different than other promotions?
Due to the unique nature of the promotions associated with Black Friday and Cyber Monday, all promotional sales associated with either day are final. We are happy to honor exchanges of products, but we cannot offer returns on any Black Friday or Cyber Monday promotional products at this time.
Can I make promo adjustments to my order placed on Black Friday or Cyber Monday?
Since all promotions on Black Friday and Cyber Monday are final, we are unable to make any adjustments to orders placed with Black Friday and Cyber Monday promotional codes.
